As a Human Resources Employee Services Coordinator, you will help manage HR customer services for all the company's employees. You will be part of the Employee Services team within a shared services centre.
At the heart of the employee experience, the team's mission is to develop, implement and operate integrated policies and programs that support Ubisoft MTL's talent management and the overall health of its employees.
All of your activities will be focused on the HR service offered to our stakeholders, in accordance with precise guidelines and procedures, and a standard of high quality and excellence targeted by the management team.
Les fonctions principales et habituelles de ce poste sont :
- Assurer les tâches liées à la livraison des différentes activités du service à la clientèle : Assurer la gestion des dossiers d’employé.es, des suivis auprès de différents intervenants, assurer la gestion administrative des dossiers d’invalidité et veiller à la conformité de la documentation.
- Répondre aux demandes et questions des employé.es pour l’ensemble des sujets traités par le pôle et agir comme personne-ressource pour toutes les demandes et questions
- Présenter chaque semaine devant les nouveaux employé.es en présentiel, les services RH offerts par le studio, en français et en anglais.
- Savoir naviguer à travers les différentes politiques et processus et ce avec fluidité;
- Assurer le suivi des demandes en temps et en qualité selon les exigences établies;
- Apporter le soutien nécessaire aux partenaires et conseiller·ères RH, aux différent·es expert·es de l’équipe Talents ainsi qu’aux gestionnaires dans la gestion des demandes et processus réguliers ;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
- BAC in HR, administration
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar field.
- Attention to detail;
- Customer focus; Strong sense of employee experience
- Organisational and planning skills;
- Autonomous and initiative;
- A sense of urgency;
- Ability to work as part of a team and with different stakeholders;
- Respect for confidentiality
- Excellent writing and communication skills in French and English;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite and experience of administrative tasks,
- You must be able to come to the studio on Mondays and Wednesdays to give presentations on HR services to new employees.
