Benefit Operations Specialist
THE ROLE:
You will be working as a part of HR C&B Ops team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations.
THE PERSON:
You will be working closely with our human resources team to coordinate the daily processing of compensation and benefits operational activities. You will also be responsible in collaborating with the insurance vendors, resolving any benefit-related issues and communicating with employees. The C&B Ops Specialist is responsible for the management of employee benefits in all company benefit processes. Equipped with excellent knowledge in all benefit programs including retirement plans, insurance coverage, and pension programs.
In depth knowledge on the China country Social Security Statutory benefits
Knowledge on Housing Fund , Social Insurance, Maternity Benefit
Language: Fluent in English for both oral and written mandatory , Japanese, Korean
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customers with accurate, consistent and timely responses to their queries on HR Compensation and Benefit issues.
- Retain ownership of assigned cases until closure with end user.
- Ensure compliance, best practice and data integrity efforts are executed at all times.
- Administration of benefits (Insurance enrollment, vendor management, PO management)
- Maintaining a well-informed knowledge of the company benefit campaigns, vendor relationships, and enrollment processes.
- Participating in projects in scope of compensation and benefits
- Closely work with HR operation teams in APAC for C&B activities
- Maintain and update employee records and benefits files.
- Coordinate monthly benefits processing, including addition and deletion reports.
- Evaluate the efficiency and value of current benefit programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and create records, reports, and documentation in accordance with the all the Benefit process.
- Create SOP for all Benefit operation process and keep updating the SOP’s on timely manner
- Send communication to the employees during enrollment, change in policy.
- Create and update KDB articles.
- Have good knowledge on PO Management.
- Provide Leave input to the Payroll team for few countries and approve leaves in the HR employee management tool.
- Completing and conducting benefit industry surveys
- Work on the Holiday Calendar and communication
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5-6 years experience of China entire benefits operation, C&B operation, HR generalist or HR share service experience is preferred
- Familiarity with country specific employment rules and regulations.
- Hands-on experience with any HR software/ERP (Preferably SAP/SuccessFactors).
- Strong analytical skills, communications (verbal and written) skills and problem solving skills.
- Flexible and proactive problem-solver, adept at achieving results in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Education background: Bachelor degree, associate with good working experience is also acceptable
