§  Update and maintain Global employee HR data in Talent Connect (SuccessFactors) as per standard operating procedure.

§  Monitor and resolving the requests received through ServiceNow on data changes and data issues.

§  Approving the Pending workflow in Talent Connect (SuccessFactors) once verifying the supporting documents.

§  Mass upload of HR data using Import \ Export option in SuccessFactors.

§  Analyze the request and prepare the Input template for Mass upload and ensure post validation by exporting the data from system.

§  Should meet the SLA with 100% data quality for all transaction that are handled in the system.

§  Ensure all the activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory and Policy standards.

§  Sharing process insights and make recommendations to support operational decisions.

§  Provide UAT testing support for any Business\ System enhancement changes held in HR system.

§  Identify and Implement processes improvements which gives efficiencies to the HR team       .

§  Maintain our HR database and conduct routine reconciliation to ensure data integrity.

§  Interacting with HR Business partners and other HR Stakeholders and providing guidance on the HR portal and HR data

§  Should be willing to work in night shifts and public holidays subject to business requirements.

Should adhere on hybrid model and desired work location.
