THE OPPORTUNITY

Krafton Americas is seeking a true HR Generalist to support the game development team at Striking Distance Studios. As a Generalist, you will own core HR programs, manage HR Data and Systems, and serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.  RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with key stakeholders on employee relations, performance, and development, escalating to HR Manager when support or help is needed.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, coach and knowledgeable resources to both front-line managers and employees within your client group.
  • Serve as trusted employee advocate and guide employees through interpretation of Company policies and HR programs.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee experience.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Manage HR data systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
  • Process personnel changes, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Maintain data integrity by regularly auditing and updating HR records.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and diversity statistics.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and generate custom reports as needed by HR leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes through data-driven insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in HR/Business, related field or relevant experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Human resources with a minimum 2 years as an HR Generalist.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Workday HCM and ADP WFN.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel).
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
