ABK Information Security is seeking a multifaceted Information Security Awareness Specialist to join our growing team! You will play a key role in crafting the organization's strong information security culture. You will collaborate across ABK to craft and deliver engaging training materials, conduct awareness campaigns and help nurture and improve the security culture and posture while minimizing risks for all employees at ABK.


Your Mission
 

Activision, the publisher of the hit Call of Duty franchise, is looking for a passionate Information Security Awareness Specialist to join our Activision Blizzard King (ABK) Information Security Education & Culture team.

At ABK, we strive to equip employees with the knowledge and tools vital to help protect proprietary and sensitive information. We are tasked with crafting, building, and delivering an engaging enterprise-wide Information Security Awareness Program that facilitates a well-informed Information Security culture.

As the Information Security Awareness Specialist, you’ll support the Information Security Education & Culture Manager with initiatives that help to educate and protect the ABK employee base from Information Security attacks. The ideal candidate will already have experience designing engaging content and thoroughly understanding Information Security concepts.


Functional Duties
 

This role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Support all Information Security Awareness projects that champion a culture of security and promote desired behaviors
  • Review course feedback surveys for course improvement and overall engagement
  • Track progress on campaigns and measure quantitative effect of improved security awareness
  • Ensure compliance of all company employees.
  • Publish communications to key stakeholders, partner organizations, and company employees highlighting availability, launch, and effectiveness of the security awareness program.
  • Plan, organize, and establish priorities related to an assignment and drive tasks to completion
  • Proactive in removing roadblocks, paving the way for innovation, and can balance multiple challenging priorities in a fast-paced environment,
  • Track meaningful metrics, capture feedback, calculate return on investment, and continuously assess opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with conducting interactive training exercises to create an effective learning environment
  • Generate fun, creative, new insights to improve engagement across the global employee population
  • Assist with coordinating simulated phishing campaigns
  • Develop a wide range of awareness content such as published web pages, business reports, presentations, newsletters, notification releases
  • Driving best practice adoption and identifying human-based risks using a combination of interactive learning experiences and simulation-based training.


Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience with Security Awareness and Training.
  • Proven ability to deliver and grow security training programs to global employees.
  • Ability to handle diverse programs that require judgement in how to address and ability to evaluate identifiable factors.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Information Security and Privacy principles
  • Experience in designing and delivering effective Information Security Awareness programs and materials (Adobe, web design, HTML, graphics design, etc)
  • Experience with security awareness platforms, learning management systems, and other security training tools.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey sophisticated security concepts in a clear and engaging manner to a diverse, global audience
  • Ability to work closely in a team environment and establish effective relationships with collaborators internally and externally
  • Analytical approach to assess the program efficiency and make data-informed improvements
  • Ability to think creatively and in an unexpected way
  • Experience in marketing or communications is a plus

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 - $55.14 Hourly. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
