Are you passionate about driving innovation through EU funding? We are seeking an Innovation Grants Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring projects funded by national and international sources, ensuring compliance with EU guidelines, and optimizing resource allocation. You will collaborate closely with various departments, manage projects using the SL2021 system, and communicate with supporting institutions. If you have a background in accounting or finance, at least two years of experience with EU funds, and strong analytical and communication skills, we encourage you to apply and be a part of our dynamic team!

Daily Responsibilities

  • Settling projects co-financed from national and international EU funds.
  • Monitoring the correctness of expenditures in terms of compliance with the principle of competitiveness and describing financial documents regarding their eligibility and project compliance.
  • Monitoring the achievement of project indicators and budget implementation.
  • Close collaboration between departments responsible for the proper allocation of financial and human resources.
  • Monitoring personnel changes in teams involved in project implementation and responding to these changes.
  • Managing projects using the SL2021 system.
  • Supervising the implementation of EU grant agreements according to applicable national and EU guidelines.
  • Overseeing and regularly updating project implementation schedules.
  • Communicating with representatives of supporting institutions.
  • Analyzing opportunities for obtaining EU funding for the company.
  • Identifying research and development activities within current and project activities.
  • Opportunity for development in the area of:
    • The status of the Research and Development Center.
    • Settling tax incentives (R&D Relief, IP Box).
  • Higher education (preferred fields: accounting, finance).
  • At least two years of experience in settling EU funds or cooperating with funding agencies.
  • Knowledge of operational programs for the years 2021-2027.
  • Familiarity with current regulations and guidelines regarding the implementation of EU projects and the eligibility of expenditures (ability to apply them practically).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Proficiency in English allowing for smooth communication (at least B2 level).
  • Good work organization.
  • Ability to think analytically.
  • Well-developed communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Diligence, reliability, and accuracy.


Working mode

  • Office-First: working from the Warsaw office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
