Daily responsibilities

• Supporting foreigners employed in CD PROJEKT in contacting Polish public administration and other institutions.
• Assisting residence and work permit processes conducted in CD PROJEKT.
• Updating internal databases.
• Archiving documents.
• Supporting Employment & Payroll Team in their daily operations.

Please apply only if you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are a fresh high school graduate or a university student. 
• You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.
• You are available from the beginning of July until the end of September (40h/week).
• You have a good command of English.

For this role, you should also have:

• Knowledge of Polish language allowing to communicate with public administration and institutions.

Nice to have:

• Interest in issues related to migration, legalization of work and stay, willingness to develop skills in these fields.
• Experience of working in a multicultural environment.
• Patience to deal with public administration.

• Working mode: Office-First: working from the Warsaw studio in a full in office or hybrid mode.
• The internship is fully paid under a contract of mandate, running from July to the end of September.
