Responsibilities

✓ Support the team in the organization of the events and in everyday tasks.
✓ Assistance in the activities related to the logistics of the event.
✓ Organization of the meetings with suppliers/partners and contacting them.
✓ Taking care of the guests arriving to the event, including a pick-up from the airport,  organization of the transport etc.

✓ You are at least 18 years old.
✓ You are a fresh high school graduate or a university student. 
✓ You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.
✓ You are available from the beginning of July until the end of September (40h/week).

And additionally

✓ Fluent English and Polish.
✓ You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
✓ You have a very good communication and organisational skills.
✓ You enjoy working with people.
✓ You have a high sense of responsibility and a problem-solving attitude.

• We provide a contract of mandate, the internship is fully paid.
• Employment from the beginning of July until the end of September.
