CD PROJEKT RED is currently looking for an IT Asset Management Specialist to join our IT team! As a new member, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge technology to users, maintaining IT hardware and software, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the studio. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will help us maintain high service quality and implement new solutions to enhance our work environment. Daily responsibilities 

  • Supporting and choosing the newest technologies within the organization.
  • Researching new solutions that will improve our everyday work in the office.
  • Being a crucial part of purchasing and decision making processes.
  • Managing IT Assets (SW/HW).
  • Preparing periodic SW/HW checks on a global scale.
  • Contacting with IT vendors in scope of purchases, invoicing, or other business needs.
  • Preparing in depth analysis and reports related to IT assets (SW/HW).
  • Preparing instructions for End Users as well as for internal IT department purposes.
  • Taking care for the order of workplace and IT Warehouse, including replenishing IT equipment.
  • Providing support to End Users through all available channels to ensure the highest level of service quality.
  • Higher education (IT) or a student soon-to-be graduate or experience equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of software licensing and ITAM/SAM methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and Apple’s OS as well.
  • Knowledge of current technologies and specifications (including e.g. displays parameters) and PC's hardware, including individual components such as CPU, GPU and peripherals.
  • Knowledge of any warehouse or IT equipment inventory system (e.g. SNOW, Flexera, Certero, GLPI).
  • Good command of English (enabling free communication and reading technical documentation).
  • Being a team player to work with members of different departments, including game development teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Meticulousness in performing given tasks.
