THE ROLE: Supporting Global AMD IT Change Management process.
We are seeking an experienced IT Change Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the AMD change management process and ensuring that all changes are made in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing risk and disruption to the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, implement and manage IT change management processes and procedures.
- Ensure that all changes are documented, reviewed and approved prior to implementation.
- Coordinate and communicate all changes to the relevant parties, including IT teams and business users.
- Ensure that changes are implemented with minimal disruption to the organization.
- Review and assess change requests to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the change management process.
- Continuously improve the change management process to ensure that it is efficient and effective.
- Provide training and support to IT and business teams on the change management process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in IT change management
- Experience using ServiceNow or other IT service management tools including Change Management and Reporting functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of change management best practices
- Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and tools
Preferred Experience :
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Change Management at a tech company
- Experience using ServiceNow ITSM for Change Management
- Experience creating ServiceNow Reports and Dashboard
