As IT License Specialist you will drive maximum value from our license agreements while delivering a seamless experience for our users. We are looking for someone that has the drive and experience to scale these services efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

  • Run & execute required processes & reporting for software onboarding, renewals, true-ups, certifications & audits by collaborating with various internal & external partners as needed
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, completeness, and crafting processes, metrics, and reporting to support license positions.
  • Identifying risks, savings opportunities for renewals, and harvest potential
  • Continuously improve the SAM processes, reporting and metrics.

What we’re looking for

  • Experienced IT License Specialist
  • Experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions
  • Strong analytical & documentation skills to prepare & present periodic accurate internal reporting
  • Use your interpersonal skills to collaborate with the Identity Management team, Client Engineering team & End-User Services team, to define, document & agree on SAM data requirements across the software lifecycle for automation and software license optimization

You might also have

  • Experience working in a Software development company
  • Experience with Oomnitza, Okta, Jira & Productiv
  • Management experience
