As an IT technical recruiter , you are the first point of contact with potential employees for our IT & HQ teams and are responsible for offering  an outstanding candidate experience. The search for new talent motivates you; your exchanges with candidates, your team and Ubisoft interest you. Developing relationships, finding the best talent and technology are at the heart of everything you do.

Highly articulate, you possess an analytical mind and are always looking for the best ways to do things. You engage in conversation with everyone, love to hear other's stories and want to share your passion for creating something extraordinary at Ubisoft.

What you'll do

  • Participate in the hiring process from the first contact to the employee's integration process;
  • Establish talent attraction and networking strategies in order to recruit the best candidates;
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition and internal mobility teams to establish recruitment priorities;
  • Conduct preliminary screenings and create lists of the most promising candidates;
  • Participate in special projects and events: job fairs, efforts to promote diversity and inclusion, implementation of new tools, etc.

What you bring to the team

  • A university degree in a relevant discipline;
  • Experience in recruitment within an agency is an asset;
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools (ATS), Boolean searches, social media and the Office suite;
  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills;
  • A passion for recruitment, technology and/or video games is an asset;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Skills and competencies show up in different forms and can be based on different experiences, that's why we strongly encourage you to apply even though you may not have all the requirements listed above.

At Ubisoft, you can come as you are. We embrace diversity in all its forms. We’re committed to fostering a work environment that is inclusive and respectful of all differences.
