T2’s Marketing Technology team works alongside our family of label’s (2K, Private Division, Rockstar Games, and Social Point) leading, designing, and supporting the underlying technology stack used for Paid, Owned and Earned Marketing activity.

The Challenge:

As a Junior Product Manager, you will be become the subject matter expert for our marketing analytics platform and ensure that it runs efficiently. You’d lead the daily maintenance of our marketing analytics platform. This role is integral to providing reliable automated marketing reporting to our label counterparts.

Example tasks:

  • Collect, connect, harmonize, and QA new data sources, providing regular ticket support to label partners, and building dashboard prototypes.
  • Investigate low adoption, promote capabilities, and evangelize use cases that help business users to achieve more with existing tools.

The Jr. PM will also support the PM in strategy, governance, and implementation of data-related products or initiatives. This will require strong interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate technical and non-technical conversations between key players – vendors, marketing managers, insight managers, analysts, data scientists, and engineers.

A successful Jr. PM will be comfortable with a level of ambiguity when solving problems. Attention to detail is vital, but so is keeping your eye on the bigger picture. We're looking for someone who is intellectually curious and not afraid to dive into complex data!

What You Bring:

  • At least 2 years of related experience in highly quantitative (i.e. data analytics, performance marketing) or engineering role(s)
  • Direct experience with Datorama, Snowflake, Tableau or other data tools/platforms.
  • Intermediate SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
  • Experience working with data sets of various types and sizes. Bonus points for experience pulling data from APIs
  • Solid understanding of how paid media campaigns are trafficked in paid media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, etc.) and the related performance data available.
