Job Title: Junior Brand Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

Team: Sports Interactive – Marketing and Communications

Location: SI HQ, Here East, London

Reporting to: Brand Marketing Manager 

Position Overview

Working into the Brand Marketing Manager, the Junior Brand Manager will support in the creation, clearance, and distribution of key brand assets for all Football Manager cross-platform games, as well as new titles in slate, and the Sports Interactive brand.

As this is a junior role, the candidate must have a strong desire to learn and a hunger to develop. Good attention to detail plus the ability to juggle projects and work at pace are key traits for the role. Industry or relevant marketing experience is desirable, but we may also consider recent graduates from a marketing-related field.   

Like all SI team members, the Junior Brand Manager role may require work outside of agreed core hours. In these cases, the time can be reclaimed using the studio's flexible working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the production of brand and promotional content including hero art, logos, digital assets, video content, and any other marketing assets, as required.
  • Ensuring that all assets created adhere strictly to guidelines.
  • Working with external agencies to deliver first-class campaign assets to deadline and within budget.
  • Following the internal asset creation workflows with both the studio’s and SEGA’s creative teams.
  • Handling the trafficking of assets between agencies, media, and partners.
  • Ensuring that all international deliverables are localised for key markets to a high standard.
  • Support in the development of detailed product feature decks, ensuring upcoming projects and roadmaps are clearly understood by the wider marketing team.
  • Assisting with the management of marketing budgets, ensuring purchase orders are raised and invoices are processed on time.
  • Effective use of an internal project management system (Wrike) ensuring all projects are logged, tracked, and executed following best practice.
  • Develop and maintain expert, in-depth knowledge of all the studio's products and competitor titles.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • A degree or relevant qualification in marketing or a related field 
  • 1+ years in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good time and project management abilities. 
  • Desire to learn and develop as a brand marketer. 
  • Appetite to thrive and perform in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • An interest in football and/or gaming is desirable, but not a requirement.
