Join our Unity Engine and Editor's Technical Support team, where you'll bridge the gap between our customers and development teams. In this dynamic role, you'll help customers resolve a variety of technical challenges, ensuring their projects stay on track. This role requires agility, curiosity, and problem-solving prowess. As you engage with diverse issues, you'll continuously learn about Unity's core technologies and latest features while contributing to some of the most exciting games in development today.

What you'll be doing

• Handle technical inquiries from game developers, managing and prioritizing issues using the Zendesk CRM technical ticketing system.
• Investigate, research, debug, and resolve integration problems by interacting with customers and internal development engineers.
• Perform profiling and debugging as needed to ensure customer success.

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages like C++, C#, or .NET.
• Familiarity with game development environments such as Unity, Unreal, cocos2d, or Godot.

You might also have

• A proactive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
• Experience in software development or support roles, with a focus on C++, C#, .NET, or related technologies.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and profiling native applications on both mobile and standalone devices.
• Previous B2B technical support experience.
