We are currently seeking for Junior Financial Analyst be part of Ubisoft Bucharest Team.

You will support the Seniors and the FP&A Manager in all financial planning, P&L analysis, and budgeting activities, prepare business presentations and customized KPI reporting.

The Junior Financial Analyst has two main focuses:

  • budget follow-up at project level
  • budget follow-up at studio level 

Your main mission:

  • Daily activities:
    • internal requisitions approval (provide support for internal application and ensure the costs are allocated in the proper cost center);
    • database updates and checks (accurate allocation and classification of costs, completion of reconciliations)
    • archiving (ensure local compliance requirements are met)
    • support in assets write-offs (internal application)
    • interact regularly with internal clients to provide them with financial guidance.
  • Monthly activities:
    • timesheet checks (send reminders, check the accuracy of timesheets on the proper projects, ensure the entire approval workflow has been completed);
    • support accounting team in properly booking travel and acquisition invoices (provide relevant operational details)
    • activity costs checks (ensure completeness and accuracy of cost allocation on the proper projects);
    • prepare dashboards for studio KPIs (gather the information, centralize it and organize it in a relevant manner for the end user)
    • support the Finance Team in monthly closing process
    • prepare the actuals vs budget monthly variations
    • support the Finance Team in preparing monthly reports

The professional value you bring:

  • Medium knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost control or similar fields
  • Basic working experience as analyst, controller or other relevant financial roles
  • Medium to advanced Excel knowledge
  • PowerPoint and Power BI experience
  • Good written and spoken English skills
