- You will be in charge of monitoring and supervising a team of level designers:
- Task management, mentora, daily follow-up, career management, reviews of collaborators' work.
- You will ensure that all gameplay loops are brought together to create the most faithful experience to the creative direction.
- You will collaborate and advise on the layout of gameplay elements to ensure that they are well utilized throughout the experience.
- Implement and improve content management methods, level design documents. Communicate guidelines to other production departments.
- Participate in the development of the workflow on work organization and priority management.
- Establish, with the Game Design team, the development of the game to facilitate and optimize the progression curve of the players.
- Address the feedback from the playtest to develop an action plan on the necessary corrections to the game.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in Level design
- Rigor and organization
- Proactive, appreciating teamwork in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.
- Excellent English and French, spoken and read / written.
- Empathy
- Good communication both written and oral (produce clear and quality presentations)
- Passionate about games and design.
- Knowledge of JIRA desirable, mastery of pack office
