Your Mission

As a Lead People Tech Analyst, you’ll lead multi-functional projects that enable our People processes through tech. We’re looking for a Workday expert who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, drive efficiency and optimization within our tech stack, and manage complex projects across the finish line.

Player Profile

Working with the Manager, People Technology you will:

  • Act as the primary lead for several key Workday modules such as Core HCM (Global), Time Tracking and Absence (Global), and associated Reporting, and Security in Workday

  • Lead People Technology projects, including project planning, schedule development,  configuration, testing, training, and change management.

  • Ensure global alignment across all functional areas for People Tech projects and enhancements

  • Challenge the current operating procedures to optimize and streamline for efficiency and automation

  • Provide consultative guidance to converge system expertise and process knowledge to harmonize current configuration and ongoing support related to global HR processes.

  • Support for HR System upgrades and enhancements to include prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support model design.

  • Act as an expert consultant to functional leaders and SMEs in HR to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and positively impact customer experience for HR, candidates, employees, managers, and business leaders.

  • Translate complex business requirements into sustainable technical solutions

  • Coaching and developing other team members to enhance the overall team

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of previous HR Tech/HRIS experience is required.

  • 5+ years of Workday production environment including Core HCM and other modules 

Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired

  • Experience in global configurations is highly desirable

  • Analytically minded with the ability to use data to inform decisions

  • Experience with full life cycle HR Technology related projects, including requirements gathering, design, execution, testing, and change management is a must

  • Project management capability and personal organization skills, particularly delivering against projected timelines.

  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical information to simple language and influence partners at all levels of the business

  • Focus on security and confidentiality.

  • Can spot opportunities, be curious about data insights, and proactively seek insight and answers.

  • Use critical thinking to create innovative solutions.

  • Tenacious yet collaborative.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and creative environment.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $97,200.00 - $179,900.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
