Based at Sega HQ, Brentford, West London.
Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office, 2 days flexible.

To support the continued growth of our business, we are hiring for a newly created Legal Executive role to join our team of 7 dedicated Legal and Business Affairs staff with the goal of providing a collaborative, pragmatic, and value- driven approach to partnering with the business. Sitting within SEGA Europe’s publishing function, our team support the publishing business and studios across all disciplines within the business, including product development, marketing, sales, commercial publishing, data privacy and compliance. We also regularly interact and co-operate with the Legal departments at SEGA of America and SEGA of Japan on global issues affecting SEGA.

Why You:
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be a proactive, collaborative team player, with the ability to build strong relationships with the Legal team and a diverse range of stakeholders in the business.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing the process for execution and filing of contracts using our document management system.
• Managing aspects of the invoicing process for the Legal team including raising POs and maintaining a log of
invoices.
• Supporting the Legal team with the implementation of new systems and tools, including a work
allocation/ticketing system.
• Generating NDAs and other agreements using our document management system.
• Formatting and proofreading various legal agreements/policies.
• Distributing internal communications and updates from the Legal team.
• Maintaining the Legal team’s knowledge-base on SharePoint.
• Monitoring the Legal team’s inbox and escalating matters to the team in a timely manner.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience within a busy commercial environment is preferable.
• Strong organisational, collaboration and time-keeping skills.
• Clear and concise communicator.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and
confidentiality.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
