Your Mission
As a Licensing Associate on the Call of Duty Live Services team you will
help drive continued growth of one of the largest franchises in
entertainment, contributing to various aspects of the Call of Duty new
release business and daily marketing execution. You are a self-starter
and will be a driver of operational efficiency, work across cross-
functional teams, and keep projects on track. You have a willingness to
listen and learn processes quickly while not being afraid to bring
creative ideas to the team. A strong knowledge of the Call of Duty
franchise is a plus.


Player Profile

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • Strong team player, with strong verbal and communication skills

  • Excellent verbal and written skills. Excel and PowerPoint proficiency are highly desirable

  • Self-starter and motivated to work within a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for the gaming industry

Player Responsibilities
 

Partnerships

  • Request evaluations from finance

  • Request talent backgrounds from PR

  • Put together pitch slides with relevant information and stats

  • Create go-to market deck

  • Create post-mortems

  • Updating trackers

Culture Calendar

  • Update weekly with holidays/ events/ timing

Keep SharePoint organized

Schedule calls with partners, take notes, and follow up with next steps/action items

Work on Research / Survey Reports

Misc Projects

  • Create Call of Duty Brand Guidelines- Use this to share with licensors who are less familiar with brand, process, in-game visuals

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $14.19 - $26.22 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
