RELATIONSHIP: This position reports to the Lead LiveOps Producer on Warzone.

JOB OVERVIEW:

As a LiveOps Producer, you will work closely with the Lead DevOps Producer to drive daily operations that improve the quality of our product. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work through feedback and process improvements. Above all, we are looking for a dedicated, organized and energetic individual to work with our teams to set up and maintain a reliable system for playtesting, iteration and managing live issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Runs Team Playtests, tracking, sorting and triaging feedback with stakeholders. Works with project team and stakeholders to gather and communicate agendas for Playtests.
  • Works with Engineering, Production and Creative leads to optimize processes and pipelines for setting up Playtests and managing the feedback loop.
  • Takes initiative removing team roadblocks and escalating risks to impacted parties.
  • Responsible for the live and dev Playlist File. Works with Producers, Designers and Engineering to ensure Playlist files are updated based on testing and live needs.
  • Works with Lead Producers to ensure Live Issues are triaged, tracked and communicated.
  • Supports QA and Engineering with day-to-day support for builds and sets expectations for build needs.
  • Serves as Point of Contact for Playtest and Playlist needs and improvements.
  • Maintains documentation for Playtest and Playlist best practices.
  • Mentors and collaborates with production coordinators and/or associate producers.on related workstreams

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years in the Game industry or related field.
  • Contributed to 1 or more shipped titles.
  • Proven ability to own complex features or projects in game development.
  • Proven ability to work in rapid development cycles in the game industry on Playtests, Release Management, or QA.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for organization, scheduling and project management. Certified Scrum Master, Project Management Professional, or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to focus on priorities, manage change and deliver against agreed deadlines.
  • Passion for games; regular player of Call of Duty is a bonus.
  • Work in Quality Assurance is a bonus.
  • Competence in Confluence, Jira, and Sheets/Excel.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $24.04 - $44.47 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
