Logistics Specialist - European distribution

This role offers you the chance to work in a cross functional team that develops supply chain strategies to maximize customer satisfaction at lowest possible costs. You will be working on the most cutting-edge technology product rollouts right from the NPI stages through customer delivery.  It will provide you with an opportunity to be part of an amazing supply chain team which focuses on best industry practices to meet supply chain operations, on time delivery and zero revenue delinquency targets to maximize customer satisfaction, and supplier management. 

THE PERSON: 

We are searching for candidates who are passionate, motivated, and looking to take up new challenges in a dynamic and adaptable working environment. Detail and results oriented, meticulous with good analytical and communication skills in a multicultural environment, who is looking at opportunities for continuous improvement and drive positive change to achieve operation excellence.   

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Supplier management against established KPI’s
• Meet identified KPIs: program milestones, on time delivery to customers, revenue targets, etc. 
• Track, analyse and action European supply chain
• Support daily logistics operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues or identify innovative supply chain solutions   
• Able to work with all levels and functions of the organisation

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

• Solid understanding of the semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing flow desired 
• Working Knowledge of Excel, SAP is desired
• Ability to communicate & analyse cost reduction opportunities
• You must be fluent in spoken and written English. Fluency in Dutch is strongly preferred. Knowledge of German and Czech language is helpful   
• Expected to be in the Amsterdam office at least 3 days a week

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related discipline preferred or 5 years supply chain experience
