THE ROLE: 

Our team is looking for a program manager to manage program commitments from inception to completion, aligning daily activities with goals, and coordinating with different teams for deliverable plans. They track Silicon Design deliverables, manage organizational changes via JIRA/JAMA, and facilitate customer meetings. Generating progress reports and driving requirement lifecycles to closure are essential tasks. They will lead process improvements and track resource allocation across projects.

 

THE PERSON: 

Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Expertise in Silicon Design processes are crucial for success. A self-starting team player with good Conflict Resolution Skills

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Delivering on all assigned program commitments from inception through execution 
  • Organizing daily activities based on the goals / milestones of the program 
  • Working with other departments to develop deliverable plans for the program 
  • Planning and tracking Silicon Design teams deliverables for all programs 
  • Engineering organizational change flow for Silicon Design through JIRA/JAMA. 
  • Facilitating external customer and internal customer preparation meetings 
  • Generate reports from JIRA/JAMA and driving requirement life cycles to closure 
  • Driving initiatives and process improvements at multi-functional level
  • Track resource allocation and assignment over multiple projects

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Experience in managing product change management through JIRA/JAMA is required 
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in data analysis, familiarity with program eval methods 
  • Strong communication, and meeting-coordination skills;  
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively and handle contending priorities 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Ability to work in a large matrixed organization and achieve results via influence  

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

  • BSEE (or equivalent) preferred.
