Candidates must be highly motivated and flexible, able to take initiative and work independently, and comfortable collaborating with the team. In this role, you will work closely with internal game studios and the marketing team, on creating game trailers, promotional videos, and other marketing assets.


  • Work with the community & marketing teams to brainstorm ad concepts, design style frames, build storyboards, composite and edit videos, animate titles
  • Handle all technical aspects of production for video and static assets
  • Provide multiple fresh layout/design iterations that are informed by, and complement, existing art and design style guidelines as shared by the brand team
  • Accomplish projects within deadline-driven timelines
  • Create assets using traditional graphic design principles with an emphasis on photo bashing and paint over techniques
  • Be quick in providing multiple fresh layouts or design iterations that are informed by creative test results and appeal to our individual products’ target audience
  • Execute projects with attention to detail on deadline-driven timelines


  • Has 5+ years of experience, and a degree in an Art or Design-related field from a Design Firm, Boutique Studio, or Gaming Studio is all welcome. 
  • Expertise in video editing and motion graphics suites, such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects
  • Advanced Motion Graphics, Video Editing skills, and Audio editing 
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and has the capacity to learn new tools
  • Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or Maya
  • Photo bash and paint over experience is a must
  • Ability to create eye-catching, engaging, visual designs for game-related marketing campaigns
  • The ability to handle multiple projects at once as part of a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative team
  • Positive attitude with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Is a team player who can take direction and execute against it with little assistance, as well as work independently to generate new advertising campaigns
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have knowledge of existing football/soccer teams & players & have passion for the game

Additional Ask:

  • Art Portfolio to be submitted by all candidates demonstrating the skills noted above
  • Interest & knowledge of Soccer/Football is bonus


The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.


• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $77,600 - $119,000 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
