As a Marketing Coordinator on an international team, you will have a critical role supporting the Product Marketing team in ensuring an optimal use of the team’s resources, empowering them to deliver marketing assets of the highest quality on a timely manner. You will be working with a team of production marketing professionals on one of the most ambitious games in the industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate coordination across multiple teams;
  • Define deliverable plans and associated workback schedules;
  • Collaborate with the product management team to identify available resources and suggest how to best allocate them;
  • Follow through with marketing assets production milestones;
  • Take meeting notes and follow up on action items;
  • Leverage JIRA and other task management resources as needed;
  • Propose, implement and facilitate process improvements;
  • Develop strong relationships with the rest of the production team as well as external stakeholders.

What it takes to make it:

  • Experience in marketing or project management in videogames, entertainment or any other relevant production industry;
  • Self-disciplined and proactive approach to work, with a strong attention to details;
  • Extremely reliable and thorough in follow-throughs;
  • Excellent communication skills, across all levels of management;
  • Well organized: ability to work effectively on concurrent tasks, and adapt to change; 
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, and common project management tools, such as Jira, etc.
