The opportunity

As Marketing Project Manager, you will be a vital part of the Social Impact team, participating in the development and execution of our marketing strategies and campaigns! You will collaborate closely with the marketing leads to execute integrated marketing and communication plans and partnership programs. You'll aid in project planning, implementation, budget oversight, and tracking of campaign performance.

We're looking for a motivated, self-starting, collaborator, who is a master at prioritization and is comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive on teamwork and collaboration and possess a proven ability to influence and align. You have an unwavering belief that corporate responsibility can have a positive social, environmental, and economic impact for both the company and society and you will evangelize the importance of corporate responsibility across the organization.

What you’ll be doing

  • Bringing a highly collaborative approach to developing and leading integrated marketing campaigns for Unity Social Impact.
  • Driving partner marketing strategies, and a wide range of co-marketing initiatives and activations, including event sponsorships.
  • Owning the project management of strategic partnership programs across multiple teams, including but not limited to establishing project schedules, tracking budgets and objectives, and proactively addressing challenges.
  • Assisting the Marketing Team in executing a range of online and offline content, including case studies, event collateral, email newsletters, landing pages, blogs, and sales enablement materials.
  • Maintaining a marketing calendar of key beats across multiple initiatives and strategic partnerships.
  • Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, including the Social Impact partnerships, marketing, communications, legal, and design teams.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working closely with partners to execute a marketing campaign or program
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple projects in parallel
  • An outstanding collaborator capable of aligning and engaging a wide variety of people across the globe in solution design and implementation
  • A proactive, self-motivated, self-starter who is always forward-thinking and multi-tasking independently
  • A master of time management, who can prioritize and drive to execution in a fast-paced environment

You might also have

  • Experience working at a not for profit, or within social impact organizations
  • You are not tied to a "right way" but flourish in an environment that is as fluid as your ideas.
