Join our Global Marketing team and be a part of the promotional efforts for Cyberpunk 2077 and the Witcher! As a Marketing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns and cultivating relationships with both internal teams and external partners. Key contributions will include developing and implementing CRM email marketing strategies, driving channel marketing activations, and overseeing various online-related projects.

Daily responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the execution of global marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity, strategic objectives, and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborates with key partners including retail distributors, digital e-commerce platforms, media, and marketing agencies.
  • Facilitates asset approval between internal teams and external partners.
  • Audits sales channels and product pages to ensure accurate execution of assets and proper brand representation.
  • Coordinates online projects with web developers, oversees SEO optimization, and tracks site performance.
  • Develops and implements email marketing campaigns, oversees segmentation, and monitors performance metrics.
  • Works collaboratively with various company departments, such as creative, legal, PR, communication, and production teams.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles, either within marketing departments or at agencies.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency with email management tools such as MailChimp or GetResponse.
  • Competency in using Google Suite and/or MS Office.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying issues and devising efficient solutions.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience in the gaming/entertainment industry.
