THE ROLE:
- This is a position responsible for Wafer sort and Final Test ATE test program ownership on Datacenter and AI products and provide high volume manufacturing (HVM) support
- Interface with worldwide BU/Division’s Product/Test Engineering teams to transfer new products to Wafer Sort/Final Test suppliers and provide HVM support
- Technical interface for Wafer Sort/Final Test suppliers and drive operation performance
- Support/drive yield improvement and problem lots disposition
- Support production excursion, process change and supplier audit
- Manage probe card/loadboard maintenance and inventory
THE PERSON:
- Capable of setting priorities and moving several tasks forward simultaneously.
- Individual contributor able to integrate well as a team player.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bring up new Datacenter and AI products for ATE production. Wafer sort and Final Test ATE test program ownership on Datacenter and AI products, including yield improvement, and test time reduction.
- Qualify test hardware solutions on new product as well as attend to the set-up/transfer of new products and technology.
- Resolve ATE production issues in OSAT and provide remedial action if necessary.
- Develop procedures and specifications to ensure efficient production operations and quality service.
- Undertake projects to reduce test costs and cycle times, improve test efficiency and resolve both software/hardware related issues during device testing.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a Semiconductor Testing Production environment. Well versed in Advantest 93K test program development and hardware debug.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and writing in English.
- Knowledge in one or more of the following disciplines is an added advantage ; ATC thermal control, wafer Sort prober and probe card/load board troubleshooting and maintenance.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Preferred Degree: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
