About this Role

Fandom is growing! We’re looking for an experienced People Operations Generalist based in the United States. This position will report into our Manager, People Operations.

As a People Operations Generalist, you will manage and build key HR processes and programs, maintain operational excellence, and be part of a fast-paced, exciting team!

You Will...

  • Manages full-cycle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Supports benefits administration year-round including annual open enrollment
  • Administer leaves of absences with third party vendor
  • Drive key performance management initiatives and process
  • Manage our employee recognition and engagement programs
  • Administer our training and development tools
  • Provide day-to-day HR support including managing our ticketing system, meeting SLAs, and responding to employee inquiries, providing reports, escalating when necessary
  • Responsible for HRIS entry and data management, ongoing audits
  • Maintain and apply up-to-date knowledge and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and processes and completes required filings to maintain compliance (including but not limited to ACA, EEO-1)
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to leverage systems, integrations, best practices, and data sources
  • Support and maintain regular and ad hoc reports to provide data, trends, and developments on identified goals
  • Collect, review, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data; identify trends and patterns and translate findings into recommendations and actions
  • Support HR and business initiatives as needed

You Have...

  • BS/BA with 4+ years HR experience
  • 3+ Years HRIS experience
  • Experience with Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
  • The ability to influence others, and communicate complex information in a simple, easy-to-understand way
  • A strong attention-to-detail
