The opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on, impact-focused, and highly motivated Business Strategy Analyst. A strong candidate owns the user acquisition strategy and optimization solutions to help grow Unity, by turning data into information, information into insight, and insights into business decisions.

You will be responsible for using our advertising platform to grow revenue and optimize key strategic accounts. This position will offer insights into our advertisement business area and provide an opportunity to develop product management & analytics skills. To be successful in this position, you love data, can think critically about how to approach challenges, improve campaign performance and be self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.

What you'll be doing

• Analyze data, trends and account performance, team player, are able to provide UA solution for clients with the support of the internal team.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (account managers, growth strategy managers, product managers) to craft and prioritize growth strategies and initiatives
• Be an expert in user acquisition, growth and the mobile industry. Train advertiser to know our product roadmap, platform operation, optimization best practice.
• Use internal BI and analytical tools to drive business decisions, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
• Collect customer feedback to provide Product teams on market needs and opportunities.

What we're looking for

• Know well about overseas mobile advertising platforms.
• Self-directed, motivated, and driven performer with exceptional multi-tasking abilities toward goals.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. High proficiency in MS Office, in particular in Excel.
• Be able to adapt to a fast-changing market and rapidly growing company as a team player.
