The gaming industry has evolved from a box product model to a live service one, and Unity is at the forefront of managing long term revenues through in-app purchases and mobile advertising.

As a Performance Manager, Supply, you will be responsible for growing revenue and optimizing key strategic gaming accounts across three different ad networks: IronSource Ads, Unity Ads and TapJoy Offerwall Ads. You love data, optimizing and the mechanics behind game economics, and can think critically about how to approach challenges in them.

Must have collaboration skills and love working cross-functionally as part of a team. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking to build their career in business development/partnerships, especially in the rapidly-growing mobile game industry.

What you'll be doing

• Focus on performance management of accounts and games through operations and product optimizations: Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure successful revenue yield for both the developer and Unity.
• Recommend optimizations and improvements to ads business to internal and external teams
• Analyze performance of accounts and provide growth recommendations and optimizations.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate any fixes, improvements, or adjustments to ensure margin positive partnerships
• Identify areas of growth opportunity to improve developer revenues and partner closely with Client Partner and Product teams to execute with the developer.

What we're looking for

• Experience with Ad Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics or related experience in the ad tech space.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills with both external and internal stakeholders
• Experience in SQL or equivalent technologies
• Strong organization skills
• Extraordinary attention to detail
