Your Mission:

We are looking for a Producer - Trust & Safety to join our team in Vancouver, where you will work within the Demonware Production Department to deliver impactful systems to protect the player experience and build a positive player community within Activision’s games.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with game studios, partners in Activision, and Demonware product, engineering and production teams to drive the implementation of key projects to protect our players.

  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate Trust & Safety features into the games, and identify enhancements, improvements, and bugs.

  • Optimize systems for identifying monitoring and moderating player behavior to ensure compliance with our community guidelines.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve policies and procedures to provide an inclusive and enjoyable gaming experience free of disruptive behavior

  • Execute development roadmap for Trust & Safety systems at Demonware, defining project goals that align with strategic vision, identifying dependencies, risks and creating mitigation plans, and eliminating blockers.

  • Prepare and present key results and success metrics for Trust & Safety efforts to senior management

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, external organizations and experts to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.

Player Profile

  • 3+ years experience in Program/Project Management or Producer role

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex and cross-functional projects with multiple milestones from inception to completion in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Experience working with product and engineering teams to implement change and get results.

  • Self-driven, motivated and resourceful with an ability to drive alignment and maintain momentum.

  • Hands-on experience navigating, analyzing and presenting data objectively. Some SQL proficiency.

  • Experience working in Trust & Safety domains (e.g. moderation tools, reporting systems)

  • Experience working with Atlassian Software (JIRA, Confluence, Slack).

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with third-party vendors (e.g. TwoHat) a plus.

  • Prior experience working on online multiplayer games or social platforms with a large user base.
