The Tools and Technology Team within Fusion is looking for accomplished people to help us fulfil our mission of providing creative tools and workflows that allow EA to lead the industry in content quality. We are looking for a creative and collaborative Product Manager to help shape the tools that empower our global teams to create world-class characters and experiences for EA games. This is an opportunity to influence product strategies and team processes and to hone your leadership and product management skills. You will report to a team Development Director.
Daily, you will...

Facilitate and improve upon our Agile processes, especially for our larger, multi-team projects

Build a variety of partner relationships, help create product strategy and distil requirements and acceptance criteria

Partner with other product managers and owners to prioritise and resource our large portfolio of products and technology

Write Product Specs that can be consumed by engineering, translate these into development/publishing-oriented tasks, and oversee execution.

Define detailed, testable acceptance criteria for each capability clarifying and adjusting as needed.

Craft regular product updates and status reports for sharing with partners and product sponsors

Identify skill and resource gaps, and work with Development Directors to resolve them

Work with teams and product leadership to escalate issues, flag risks, and ensure agreement on product goals and strategy.

Use data to influence and make decisions.
You are/have…

University degree Bachelor or equivalent professional experience
-
3+ years of Product manager, Project Management, or Business Analyst experience on technical projects/products
-
Experience driving performance metrics across teams.

Experience managing multiple features and overseeing the prioritisation of the backlog of user stories for one or more teams.
Bonus if you have…

Experience using Miro, Figma, JIRA, Gitlab, or Coda

Experience with metrics collection and visualisation

Experience working on complex tools or 3D tooling (eg. Maya, Blender)

If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. BASE SALARY RANGES • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): º $96,400 - $133,900 CAN Annually Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. |
