As Product Marketing Manager Assistant, you will report directly to the International Product Manager. You will assist him on every aspect of the game development of a AAA game: drive marketing strategy, coordinate assets development and prepare the communication campaign for the launch of the game.

Specifically, you’ll work on our marketing campaign where your main missions will be the following:

  • Project Management: Participate in building the marketing assets that will serve for our marketing campaign, from briefing to final delivery: videos, concepts arts, screenshots, Q&As.


  • Communication:

In collaboration with the Product Marketing team, Publishing and PR teams, define key messages and translate them into PR documents and assets,

Drafting and copywriting PR documents such as Q&As, fact sheets, speaker scripts, media briefing presentations and more,

Ensuring the consistency of our messaging by collaborating with our studio communication team and community team.

  • Collaboration:

Work on a day-day basis with the Production team and internal stakeholders to prepare efficiently the launch of the game.

Initiate and participate in the knowledge sharing and problem solving with other team members.

Student in Marketing & Communication Master’s Degree from a Business School or a University, you already have a first experience in the Entertainment industry

· You are interested in the video game industry and have a good culture in gaming.

· You have a sense of curiosity and engagement and have developed relationship skills

· You are well organized, self-sufficient and are ready to work with people of various expertise

· You are fluent in English (written and oral)

· Photoshop or Premier notions are a plus

· Drive for Results: Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility for projects. Anticipates problems, marshals resources, and does what it takes to get the job done,

· Marketing Expertise: Has a good understanding of the full marketing mix and marketability pillars. Demonstrates an ability to learn new markets quickly and can adjust to changes in market dynamics and competitive landscapes.

· Innovation/Creativity: Not afraid to try new things. Can come up with creative ideas.

· Be collaborative and open minded: Looking for collaborator that can make great things happen while adding to Ubisoft’s fun and vibrant culture.
