The Game Product Marketing Manager role will be too, build and drive the strategy that promotes new Math features, events, and content to excite our players, increase monetization and improve game retention metrics. You will also help refine our strategy to drive awareness of the game amongst our players!

Your Impact
  • You will improve conversion and retention metrics through planning, supporting and managing all game lifecycle comms channels (In-Game Comms & Owned Marketing Channels like Youtube) while keeping a cohesive value proposition framework across them.
  • Implement Go-To-Market campaigns with key stakeholders to increase reach, engagement, and conversion metrics for new game features and content releases.
  • Liaise between teams to enable Conversion Rate Optimization projects and initiatives.
  • Improve conversion and engagement metrics, by providing consultation, guidance, and expertise on market trends, changes, and opportunities.
  • Identify the need for, and conduct, market research to ultimately improve retention of both paying and non-paying users
  • Support and contribute to the experimentation backlog driven by the Game team by  identifying potential overlaps or dependencies that should be addressed to avoid problems.
  • Provide support and consultation on other owned marketing channels, acting as a key source of information for all things related to the Math game.
  • Identify and understand the needs of the customer and ways they use the product to drive recommendations and change for the product team


About You
  • We are looking for a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Role
  • You have successfully brought products and product features to market to different audiences, meeting usage and revenue goals
  • Experience conducting tests with product and marketing teams to drive the achievement of key results
  • Post secondary education in in Marketing and or Communications
  • You have the ability to analyze product and marketing performance metrics, making decisions accordingly
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative market research
  • Genuine passion for continuous learning and development
  • Knowledge of product marketing trends and tactics
  • Have experience working with paid and organic channels
  • Experience with Canva or similar software (Adobe Premier) to create Content
  • Basic knowledge of coding
