Creative & Development Technology (CDT) 

Creative & Development Technology shapes the future of interactive entertainment by harnessing data and technology to empower the creation of the next generation of games. We are a collection of six teams, Frostbite, Data & Analytics, Creative Technologies, Technology Growth Strategy, Creative Direction, and Operations.

Role Overview: 

The CDT Operations team is looking for a Production Coordinator to support its team members. As a Production Coordinator, you'll partner with co-workers and vendors to ensure we are operating smoothly. You will report to the Sr Operations Manager. This role will be hybrid and working on-site occasionally in our Vancouver (Burnaby) office.

Responsibilities: 

Coordinate all administrative needs for Fusion Hub, such as: 

Own the Purchase Card owner

Manage monthly reconciliations

Manage employee gifts reporting to payroll

Manage all invoicing and purchasing process

Manage contracted services

Provide initial expense tool training and general assistance with expense report queries

Advocate company procedures and attend any information and training sessions related to new studio processes to support best practices

Assist team to submit or escalate Service Desk tickets when needed

 

Act as the primary point of contact for the team members and support them with tasks such as:

Asset management and purchasing (hardware, software, office supplies, swag, misc. peripherals)

Coordinate shipping / couriers

Organize onsite and offsite meetings, conferences, catering and special event logistics

Help with onboarding new hires to ensure account and equipment setups have been completed before they start

Assists with travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, travel letters for international travel) for certain individuals

Work with outreach and annual charity events

Coordinate gifts for life events such as baby gift baskets, bereavement flowers, retirement gifts

Organize team culture projects such as team building events, giveaways and surveys

Maintain studio specific distribution lists and Slack channels

 

Qualifications:

You have 2+ years of administrative experience in an environment where creative, business and technical professionals succeed.

You are an experienced MS Office user with advanced knowledge creating and manipulating spreadsheets, formatting, and creating forms.

You have a desire to take ownership, be responsible and find solutions.

You can demonstrate excellent customer service.



BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

HOURLY PAY RANGES

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $45,900 - $72,000 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
