Production Coordinator - Player and Quality Insights Team

Role Overview: The Player and Quality Insights Team is looking for a Production Coordinator with 1 or more years experience. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and will support our team to ensure we are operating smoothly. You will work with many different teams within the PQI organization to ensure all teams and projects are operating smoothly. This position is remote-friendly.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support that aligns with the studio and team goals

  • Asset management and purchasing (hardware, software, office supplies, misc. peripherals)

  • PO creation and invoice management for all purchasing

  • Data entry for Research sessions

  • Reconcile expenses for the team credit card

  • Provide initial expense tool training and general assistance with expense report queries

  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, travel letters for international travel)

  • Help with team events, both in person and online

  • Maintain studio specific distribution lists and Slack channels

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, common functions in Excel and other internal programs.

  • Track many small projects and tasks at the same time

  • Willingness to take on a variety of different projects that may differ from your daily tasks

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

HOURLY PAY RANGES

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $45,900 - $72,000 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
