The Tools and Technology Team within Creative Technologies is looking for accomplished people to help us fulfill our mission of providing creative tools and workflows that allow EA to lead the industry in content quality.

We are hiring a Production Coordinator to support our Tools and Technology and DRE teams. You will be based in Vancouver (hybrid model an option) and support our globally distributed team with staff across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. You have attention to detail and a passion for excellence. Enthusiasm, combined with relevant administrative experience are crucial in this role. You will be working with other Production Coordinators, and you will report into a Tools and Technology Team Development Director. 

 

Your Primary Responsibilities

Business Administration

  • Support team with a variety of routine operational tasks

  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires to ensure account and equipment setups have been completed before they start, coordinate with Recruiting, HR, IT, and manager

  • Assist with team purchases and the reconciliation of expenses

  • Manage Licenses and tracking of Annual purchases

  • Support Team Contract Management

  • Align with other Production Coordinators where consistency in approach is needed. Provide back-up support when needed

Social

  • Provide support for onsite and virtual event planning (including Catering and onsite/offsite meeting coordination)

Leadership Support (as needed)

  • With direction, provide routine calendar support by owning recurring meeting invites and taking minutes as required

  • Support other team admins with large scale Creative Technologies team events

Qualifications

  • 2+ years administrative experience

  • Proficiency in business productivity tools (e.g. My Contracts or equivalent, G suite, Slack,  MS Office, Zoom, Asana)

  • Creative, enthusiastic team player

 

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

HOURLY PAY RANGES

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $45,900 - $72,000 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
