Job Title:  Program Manager

 

This is an engineering program management position responsible for driving the schedule, logistics and overall program success for our data analytic tools roadmap. The applicant must be a team player with a commitment to meeting deadlines and have an aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment. Must have a willingness to engage with users and developers, dive into technical areas outside of your expertise to pull the team past blockers.

Role includes:

  • Defining and managing key project deliverables/schedules and maintaining the tools roadmap and align needed skillsets with key milestones.
  • Liaison between software developers, yield, quality and product engineer groups and drive cross functional collaboration.
  • Understand and perform typical data analysis used by wider audience.
  • Provide training on the analytic tools across the company.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationship with other departments.
  • Investigate redundancies in the data analytic tool sets and provide recommendations to streamline.

 

Qualifications:

Experience: BS or B.A degree plus related experience.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Program Management and experience managing projects.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with any level of the organization.
  • Must be collaborative and take pride in ownership/accountability of work.
  • Possess problem solving skills and provide clear recommendations to the leadership teams on solutions.
  • Experience presenting to Director level management.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in Program Management
  • Courses or certifications in project management (PMI, LSS, AGILE, ISO 9000)
  • Experience in XP, AGILE, Scrum, or Kanban
  • Familiarity with common data analysis and business intelligence solutions such as Excel, PowerBI and JMP.
