THE ROLE: 

The Datacenter Graphics and Accelerated Computing (DCGPU) organization is looking for an experience program manager that will be engaged in the Datacenter release of a full configuration of code both internally and externally.  Individual will need to be skilled in full system level/SOC validation flow, mapping functional deliveries to a given ‘release’ w/ over-communication required, drive a regression team schedule including mapping what changes are being made to what areas need to be validated.  Individual will be prime communication vehicle to all teams of code levels as well present at an executive level.  

 

THE PERSON: 

Person should have top communication skills and abilities to work with numerous functional and delivery areas to map out a schedule.  Person should have the experience/knowledge of working in a high paced system validation area where numerous levels of code are required to meet a released production level product.    in debugging of complex HW/FW issues, understand the flow of a GPU through the different layers of an SOC and system.   Communication Is essential in working with different owners of the code stack as well the ability to drive issues via phone calls, chat messages.  Hands on experience with Hardware in a Datacenter environment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Scheduling, planning, and controlling firmware and software deliverables
  • Continuous delivery infrastructure using internal methods of builds, testcase tracking, team
  • Overall management of requirements for Regression of code including resource management in an agile process
  • Some hardware validation and debug when required/needed
  • Documenting release notes that directly go to customers/partners

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 yrs experience in system/soc validation
  • Proven ability to drive resolution of challenges to delivery of a product to a customer
  • Communication w/ multiple stakeholders to map deliverables, document, track and deliveries
  • Collaboration at an executive level and ability to respond crisply to current status/outlook/delivery
  • Knowledge in test automation and test case development to be able to work closely w/ a regression team
  • Dev-ops and Release management process understanding is a must 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Knowledge of delivery of code bases and building of that code base to internal and external teams
  • Ability to do Power BI Reporting
  • Skills in JIRA dashboard creation (based on functional deliverables or issues)
  • Hands-on experience in using industry tools (including debug tools)

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is desired
