The opportunity

Unity’s Centers of Excellence (CoEs) are multiyear, multi-stakeholder programs between Unity and various government and private entities aimed at training, re-skilling, or upskilling groups of end-users in RT3D, or supporting the development of RT3D sectors (such as gaming or entertainment). As a Program Manager for Unity’s CoEs, you will join a growing Customer Success program delivery team responsible for the implementation of client engagements.

In this role you will act as our client liaison for the allocated programs: you will align with Unity’s departments to plan the delivery of consumption of products and services outlined in the client contract. We are looking for an experienced and confident project/program manager with a track record of delivering to set timelines and budgets and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to our clients.

This is a non-technical program management position, but previous experience in IT-related fields, higher education, film & entertainment, or government institutions is advantageous!

What you’ll be doing

• Map out program stakeholders, define engagement models and plan delivery by coordinating internal Unity team members and external client end-users
• Closely collaborate with internal departments to ensure appropriate resources are allocated to the program. Provide client feedback to internal teams about which services and products are most successful or have the most impact on the client end-users
• Track program progress and run regular program update meetings with the client to provide updates, communicate milestones and resolve issues.
• Suggest timely and creative solutions to program bottlenecks, actively handle program risks
• Continuously and independently drive program progress

What we’re looking for

• Relevant leadership experience in running large multiyear, multi-stakeholder engagements
• History of success in implementing the agreed delivery plan
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills and desire to continuously learn and improve
• No international travel restrictions
• Perfect English in written and verbal communication, Arabic is an asset
• Passion for working on initiatives that help people grow future-proof digital skills
