Staff Learning Specialist

THE ROLE:

The Staff Learning Specialist will assess needs, provide recommendations and deliver practical solutions for learning and development, talent management processes, onboarding, and employee engagement programs and initiatives. This role works directly with leaders, people managers, employees and HR team.

We are looking for subject matter expert who loves challenges and is seeking for career growth. The ideal candidate should possess growth mindset, adaptable to change and enjoy working with stakeholders to create learning solutions.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•            Accelerate learning for individuals, teams, people managers and leaders

•            Establish strong relationships with business leaders at all levels to accurately diagnose learning needs, propose learning solutions and support with these delivery of those solutions (e.g learning assessments, train-the-trainer, design and delivery of workshops and programs)

•            Combine deep strategic learning expertise and knowledge of business needs to craft meaningful learning interventions

•            Create a clear enrollment and communication strategy for upcoming training

•            Leverage global programs to scale training across the team with consistency and high localization focus

•            Build facilitation and training capacity in teams

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

•            5+ years working experience in learning consulting, and training or enablement;

•            Ability to provide creative and strategic thought partnership on learning needs

•            Strong organisational skills, project management expertise and experience with cross-functional teams

•            Excellent communication and presentation skills with leaders at all levels

•            Facilitation skills, with experience in content development and delivery

•            Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborative with an ability to influence others

•            Enthusiastic team player, who is committed to contributing to the team and grow together.

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

•            Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline from an accredited university.
