We are seeking a driven Programmatic Partnership Manager to lead the charge in optimizing our programmatic revenue strategy. In this role, you will become an expert in managing partnerships with Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) to maximize the value of our ad inventory.

The Programmatic team at Fandom oversees our GTM Programmatic Direct strategy, our 1st party data strategy with key data partners, curated marketplaces, and open market relationships. 

You will report directly to the VP of Global Revenue & Strategy Operations, and work and consult with various business partners across Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing. You will partner with our Sales Team to increase Programmatic Direct revenue

You Will...

  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key SSP partners, negotiating favorable deals and ensuring optimal programmatic integration.
  • Oversee inventory quality by working with SSPs to identify and eliminate fraudulent or low-quality traffic.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (ad ops, engineering, product) to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing optimization of programmatic partnerships.
  • Develop and test programmatic optimization strategies in collaboration with SSP partners, focusing on maximizing fill rates, CPMs, and overall programmatic revenue.
  • Analyze programmatic performance data and identify areas for improvement, working with SSPs to implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest programmatic trends and technologies, identifying new opportunities to enhance our programmatic strategy.
  • Generate insightful reports and presentations to effectively communicate programmatic performance and partner value to stakeholders.

You Have...

  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong focus on the sell-side (SSPs).
  • In-depth understanding of programmatic concepts, including SSP functionalities, ad exchanges, and yield optimization techniques.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with SSPs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and advocate for our company's interests.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
  • Experience working with ad quality metrics and verification tools.
  • A collaborative and results-oriented approach with a passion for continuous learning.

Bonus Points...

  • Knowledge of programmatic data practices and data management platforms (DMPs).
  • Experience developing and implementing programmatic optimization strategies.
