We’re looking for a Program + Operations Lead to join The Sims team! You will help spearhead creative and impactful global work for The Sims franchise. You will partner with Global Brand and other leaders to bring The Sims brand, products, and experiences to market. You will be the quarterback for our brand strategy and campaign efforts, leading projects from beginning to end. You will partner with teams to understand workback schedules and set deadlines for reviews accordingly. You will help the team streamline and evolve our ways of working and support the team with a solution-based mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • You will understand the evolving goals of The Sims Franchise and moving at the speed of a live service business.
  • You will ideate the details and deliverables of project timelines and serve as the ‘go-to’ for the Brand team.
  • Ensure all project deliverables and details are organized, centralized, and easily visible to all levels of leadership.
  • Navigate a matrixed organization ensuring the right people are brought in at the right time, removing obstacles and providing support in driving decision-making.
  • Establish project plans, workback schedules, and communicate & track progress for on-time delivery.
  • Manage relationships with Finance, Legal, and Sourcing to solidify efficient processes related to budget planning and contracts, essential to the success of our team while in alignment with EA’s overarching operations.
  • Keep teams informed of progress with a weekly tracker. 
  • Set and update calendar appointments for important project milestones.
  • Maintain team processes, share drive and AirTable -- ensuring content is updated.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in Program Management and Operations.
  • Experience managing large-scale brand, digital, product, service and innovation projects in a digital agency or consultancy.
  • Experience taking projects from ideation to execution.
  • Experience managing multi-tiered projects including creative deliveries with broader PM experience.
  • Experience scoping and developing project plans for large engagements and multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent coordinator skills - understanding of work-backs, flagging risks and opportunities, managing calendars and more.
  • Collaborator who works with all levels of seniority to bring projects to delivery with visibility.
  • Experience using project management tools and tech such as creating and maintaining Gantt charts. Familiarity with AirTable a bonus.
  • Ability to scale processes and resources to meet the needs of the Franchise.
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.


BASE SALARY RANGES

• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $131,600 - $213,300 USD Annually
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $131,600 - $213,300 USD Annually
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $154,800 - $213,300 USD Annually
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $131,600 - $179,600 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $131,600 - $195,200 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time.
