We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Studio Comms team reporting directly to our Sr Studio Brand Manager. As a Graphic Designer for the studio your projects and tasks will vary widely and include creating supporting content for existing campaigns, designing internal merchandise, and creating completely new material for internal events, and more - all while making sure the spirit of the studio brand is kept intact through everything we do.

 

We have a lot of exciting things going on at DICE and are looking for a collaborative and operational person to join our team. You will support our projects and our creative teams in making award-winning games by partnering with several teams, finance, and vendors to ensure we are operating in harmony. You will report to our Senior Manager of Operations, and you will be leading the Project Coordination Team. The Project Coordination Team is a support function under DICE Operations, operationally acting in support of our development teams within the Battlefield Franchise by driving tactical, administrative and event support.

·        Lead the Project Coordination Team, set priority, guidance and people management.

·        Provide administrative support that aligns with project goals such as game credits, accesses, purchase orders and onboarding support.

·        Support Franchise implementations of common tolls and administrative changes.

·        Support our internal communications such as organizing team meetings, reports, and updates.

·        Support with information gathering for project reports and team-events on behalf of our Franchise leaders.

·        Be part of team culture projects such as team building events and giveaways.

·        Maintain administrative files (contract payments, work orders).

·        Send purchase orders to vendors and follow up on invoicing queries.

·        Track and follow up actual vs foretasted spendings.

Qualifications

Have 2+ years of administrative and/or financial experience, people management experience is a plus.

Experienced with Microsoft office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
