The opportunity

At Aura by Unity, we partner with OEMs and Mobile Carriers to improve users' device experience with a powerful solution suite built to maximize customer loyalty, engagement, retention, and revenue. You will manage strategic projects within Aura's Content Solutions organization, AKA Aura News. Due to your strong technical and data orientation, you will have the ability to deep dive into our product bits and bytes and contribute significantly to the evolution and performance of our product. By taking on this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our internal processes, our external processes with clients, as well as our product performance. To better understand the projects with the biggest impact, you will need to work closely with most teams across the organization.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying, defining, and managing execution of projects that will drive measurable growth and performance improvements for the organization
• Streamline our efforts to better meet our goals by building and leading internal processes within the organization
• Collaborating closely with various teams such as developers, QA, product, Business Intelligence, and Monetization teams
• Create customer facing documentation to share with our clients based on product performance and AB tests
• Providing support to client-facing teams

What we're looking for

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong critical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities
• Hands-on experience with relevant technologies, software, and programming languages
• A graduate with honors from a recognized university, preferably holding an engineering degree with a GPA of 80+
• Experience or willingness to conduct technical research
• Excellent English both in written and verbal communication.
