Responsibilities

  • Understand and keep communicating the team objectives
  • Constantly review project plans with the teams to keep them aligned with the goals
  • Maintain the development processes to manage stakeholder expectations, respect project timelines, and ensure the necessary level of quality of our products
  • Monitor the risks of project milestones, escalate them when necessary o Contribute to team management efforts from planning, organization to execution and delivery to help achieve the defined goals
  • Collaborate constructively with the team leads to ensure the maintenance of a healthy load on the development team o Review external teams’ plans to reach the alignment of the bigger organization roadmap
  • 5 years of experience in project management of software systems
  • Understanding of agile methodologies in software development
  • Experience dealing with multiple team backlogs
  • Readiness to build your network in the complex organization
  • Skills in visualizing a roadmap that involves several dev team

Process:  

  • Interview with our Tech Recruiter (30 min)  

  • Interview(s) with the Team Lead and the Director (1h-1h30)
