We are looking for a highly skilled professional to have a liaison between our HQ and licensees to ensure the highest quality of licensed materials. The ideal candidate would be a Korean, English, and Mandarin Chinese fluent speaker. You should present great attention to detail and the ability to work with cross-function teams. Daily responsibilities:
- Working with our Franchise team to align brand identities and deliver the most authentic experience on licensed projects on mobile platforms
- Procure assets for licensees by working closely with the Franchise team in Warsaw HQ
- Coordinate review and approval process with applicable parties within the company to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Act as the main point of contact for major licensees
- Aid in the decision making process for potential licensees
- Seek out new license opportunities and collaborations with other games, especially on the mobile space may aid the Korean office with publishing, as needed.
- Act as a liaison between external licensees and internal resources. Work closely with the Franchise team, Business Development team, and other teams as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in an entertainment company, video games preferred.
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and organized work approach
- Fluent in spoken and written English / Korean and Mandarin Chinese fluency strongly preferred.
- MS Word / PowerPoint / Excel proficiency preferred.
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Passion for video games
