The opportunity

We're seeking a QA Engineer with an engineering background who has a passion for QA and not a desire to be a developer. With proven experience in testing complex enterprise software. You should possess expertise in QA and automation of testing of Salesforce and familiarity with other enterprise platforms and the challenges of automating the testing of these platforms, while having a strong focus on integration testing. Mastery of both manual and automated testing techniques is essential, including proficiency in test automation tools and common scripting languages. Your analytical mindset will enable you to dissect complex scenarios, identify potential issues, and design comprehensive test cases to ensure seamless operation of our Salesforce, Zuora, and integrated applications.

What you'll be doing

• Building the quality and test automation processes and implement methodologies to enable quality deliveries
• Implement standards for Unit and functional testing and work with engineering teams to implement best practices and functions into the development and deployment pipelines
• Testing complex enterprise software system and end to end processes
• Lead the documentation of features and code, to enable better insight into changes and functionality for our users
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality deployments

What we're looking for

• Someone with a software engineering background, a passion for QA that has worked with cloud technologies and is not an aspiring -developer
• Deployment and Test Automation expertise, with a proven track record of implementing a test automation suite
• API, Process and system test knowledge (a true enterprise platform QA engineer)
• Node or Typescript Scripting and Procedural languages
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
