You will be reporting to the Software Quality Recon (SQR) Development Manager, whose team is part of the Battlefield QV - Software Quality & Tech organization.

Responsibilities

• Collect requests from our NA stakeholders within the Performance domain and highlight them to the team. 
• Analyze the Performance data through reporting, using Performance metrics, KPIs, metrics and dashboards required to fulfill our needs.
• Foster a network of partners around the Performance assessment domain with people from DEV, QV and other teams.
• Identify and collaborate on the implementation of improvements on workflows, equipment, tools, and iteration loops with the Pillar lead and the team.
• Observe and debug test executions workflows, ensuring that quality data is actively generated from the test farm.
• Contribute implementation of features and test scripts related to game automation, specifically related to Performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years games or software development QV experience.
• A basic understanding of programming concepts or scripting.
• Experience with applications such as JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail (or equivalent bug and test case management systems) is also advantageous.
• Understanding of software development processes, build systems & pipelines.
• You have experience with automated testing services, systems and methodologies for automated software testing.
• Summarize and communicate essential info.

Location and work arrangements

You must live in or close to LA, as we do not offer a relocation package for this role and you will be onsite in LA a few days a week, following a hybrid work model or full on-site model depending on your personal preference.

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.


BASE SALARY RANGES

• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $82,500 - $122,900 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
